Each Sunday, from late October through April, we invite you to linger a little longer and savour the season with us. Our winter brunch unfolds as a refined culinary experience: begin with a thoughtfully curated selection of pastries, seasonal fruits, and artisan breads, then indulge in an exquisite à la carte main course of your choosing. Our Eggs Benedict, with its perfectly poached eggs and velvety Hollandaise, has become something of a signature dish.

Highlights include our signature toasties, crafted with your choice of artisan sourdough or delicate crystal bread, generously topped with creamy avocado, smoked salmon, or exquisite Iberian ham; all served with a refreshing, vibrant fruit cocktail.

· Smoked salmon on sourdough bread, with dill cream, arugula, hard-boiled egg, capers, and red onion.

· Fried or scrambled eggs with bacon.
