The Balneario Illetas, our beach club in Illetas (Calvià) that encapsulates the essence of the Mediterranean, is open all year around. We are looking forward to welcoming you during the winter months, when you can soak up the spectacular sea views as you enjoy the delicious specialities at our restaurant.

We are open from Thursday to Sunday, so that you can make the most of all that the island has to offer. Explore the landscapes and gastronomy of Mallorca even in winter, thanks to Balneario Illetas.

The Balneario Illetas restaurant offers the perfect balance of refined cuisine and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere. Our menu features sophisticated dishes prepared from the finest, locally sourced produce, all imbued with the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean.

During the winter months, you’ll find a range of exceptional seasonal dishes that will delight your palate, including classics such as a hearty cocido madrileño stew or the delicious fish and seafood broth, arroz caldoso.

"Cocido madrileño" in Mallorca

Traditional cuisine arrives in Mallorca with the most traditional dish from the Spanish capital. "Cocido madrileño" is a delicious and filling dish. Made with chickpeas and meat, it is simmered slowly in a homemade broth made from bones and vegetables. A stew that warms the body and soul, it is carefully prepared and served with the ingredients separated so that every last drop can be enjoyed.

"Fabes con almejas" in Mallorca

A dish with Asturian designation of origin that highlights quality local produce. Made with faba beans, an essential legume in Spanish cuisine, and clams, this dish combines flavours from the sea and the countryside. The time and care taken in its preparation enhance the flavour of the ingredients, which are already of excellent quality.

Sundays at Balneario Illetas are for enjoying a delicious brunch with unobstructed sea views and an endless array of savoury and sweet dishes. From yoghurt and fruit bowls to freshly baked croissants and eggs Benedict, you'll find a wide variety of options for the whole family.

Illetas beach, a famous beauty spot close to the centre of Palma, is the ideal location for a sophisticated beach club. Established in 1958, it has become a legendary beachfront destination with a lot to offer.

Inside, you will find a warm and inviting atmosphere, which invites relaxation during the cooler months. The cosy heaters ensure that you can stay warm as you enjoy a glass of red wine and gaze out at the immense sea, serene and empty during the winter.
