Our varied cuisine
In Mediterranean cuisine, charcoal-fired ovens are prized for keeping meat and fish flavourful and succulent and imparting a special smoky flavour. Our top-of-the-range Josper oven combines the best of a grill and an oven, cooking everything to perfection.
Our customers come time and again to savour our Mediterranean dishes prepared on the grill, but we also offer many other options. For example, as a starter, you could try the hand-carved ham from acorn-fed pigs, salmon tartar, sea bass ceviche or mussels in a fragrant Thai broth.
We also serve classic Mallorcan specialities, such as arroz brut (a succulent meat and vegetable stew), frito mallorquín (fried, diced meat and vegetables with fennel and herbs), or deboned Iberian suckling pig.
