RESTAURANT BOOKING CONDITIONS
· Reservations will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes. You must inform us in case of delay, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled after 20 minutes.
· No external food or drinks are allowed.
· Our Restaurant is familiar, and children are welcome.
· Pets are allowed at our Restaurant facilities.
· Our private car park is exclusively for customers, and we cannot manage reservations. We recommend that you come early to find availability. The cost of parking is €20 per vehicle. This amount will be returned with your ticket at the Restaurant (minimum consumption €50).
· For reservations of 8 or more guests, a charge of €10 per person will be asked as deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with at least 24 hours in advance, full deposit will be refunded to same payment method.
· A group will be considered when the reservation exceeds 25 people (even if the reservation has been made in several smaller ones). You must contact our sales department to find out the specific conditions for groups through the following email comercial@balnearioilletas.com
· Deposit paid will not be deducted from the bill at the Restaurant, but will be returned using the same payment method and will be made to the same account number.
· To enjoy our facilities, it is required to wear shoes and clothing.
· Your table reservation at Restaurant does not include a hammock at the beach.
