RESTAURANT BOOKING CONDITIONS
· Reservations will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes. You must inform us in case of delay, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled after 20 minutes.

· No external food or drinks are allowed.

· Our Restaurant is familiar, and children are welcome.

· Pets are allowed at our Restaurant facilities.

· Our private car park is exclusively for customers, and we cannot manage reservations. We recommend that you come early to find availability. The cost of parking is €20 per vehicle. This amount will be returned with your ticket at the Restaurant (minimum consumption €50).

· For reservations of 6 or more guests, a charge of €10 per person will be asked as deposit. If the reservation is cancelled with at least 24 hours in advance, full deposit will be refunded to same payment method.

· A group will be considered when the reservation exceeds 25 people (even if the reservation has been made in several smaller ones). You must contact our sales department to find out the specific conditions for groups through the following email comercial@balnearioilletas.com

· Deposit paid will not be deducted from the bill at the Restaurant, but will be returned using the same payment method and will be made to the same account number.

· To enjoy our facilities, it is required to wear shoes and clothing.

· Your table reservation at Restaurant does not include a hammock at the beach.

PREMIUM SUNBEDS
From 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.


BOOKING CONDITIONS PREMIUM SUNBEDS
· The price of the premium sunbeds is:
    - From 16/03 to 31/05 - 47€
    - From 1/06 to 30/09 - 52€
    - From 1/10 to 1/11 - 47€
Reservation includes: a wooden sunbed with a cushion, a non-alcoholic welcome drink, a towel, and waiter service (for drinks and food).

· No more than one person per sunbeds is allowed (except toddlers).

· All reservations will be held until 1:30 p.m. You must inform us in case of delay; otherwise, your reservation will be considered cancelled and will be subject to our cancellation policy.

· All our sunbeds are pre-assigned, and we do not reserve specific sunbeds, if you have a disability, please let us know so we can accommodate your needs.

· Reservations for premium sunbeds are only accepted through our website.

· External food or drinks are not allowed.

· Speakers or music are not allowed.

· Beach has public showers.

· Beach is not pet friendly.

· If you wish to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us prior to your arrival. Subject to availability.

· If you would like a table in our Restaurant, please notify the beach staff as soon as you arrive.

· In case you belong to a group and want to make separate payments, you must inform us upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
· In case of cancellation or modification 24 hours before your arrival, full amount of your reservation will be refunded.

· In case of cancellation or modification within 24 hours prior to arrival, reservation will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount.

· In case of no-show, reservation will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total amount.

· If you arrive later than 1:30 p.m., your reservation will be considered cancelled, unless you have specified another arrival time in comments section, or previously notified your delay to our staff.

· In case of rain, you will be able to change your reservation for another date. Subject to availability.

· In case of reimbursement, we will process with deposit refund using the same payment method and it will be made to the same account number.

    Due to roadworks on Passeig Illetes, to access Balneario Illetas, please follow these directions:

    · Take the left turn onto Passeig Illetes at number 21 (where Hotel Bonanza Playa is located).
    · Continue 800 metres along the turn-off and you will find Balneario Illetas on your left.
