To begin: Choose your main dish
Begin by selecting one of these five tempting options, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients:
-Avocado toast prepared with ‘pan cristal’ (local bread with a crisp crust and soft interior), served with tomato, a poached egg and Gran Padano shavings
-Smoked salmon on sourdough bread with dill cream, rocket, hard-boiled egg, capers and red onion
-Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, bacon or avocado, served with hollandaise sauce
-Fried or scrambled eggs with bacon
-Açaí and guarana bowl with fresh fruit, grated coconut, nuts and seeds
